Clubs within 200km radius of the Brisbane GPO who have members competing at any State Championships event in the South East corner of Queensland must provide one volunteer for the duration of the event. This time frame can be filled by several people. A volunteer does not include the appointed Commissaires for the event (November 2003). Should a volunteer not be present, the rider may not be permitted to compete until such time as the Club Volunteer is in place. (Amended August 2011).
