FOX CREEK - LONG - TRACK DESCRIPTION & COURSE PREVIEW VIDEO

A fast track that starts off with few high speed jumps before heading through into the forest. Midway down the track the 'waterfall' section can prove difficult to ride at speed so make sure to get out and practice beforehand. Everything on the track is either rollable or has B Lines.

CAINO AND WARBY'S PREVIEW COMING SOON

DOWNHILL COURSE RECON / GUIDED TRACK WALK (Free for under 13's)

Head for the hills will be hosting a downhill course recon on Sunday August 8 for $25. Booking is essential. Sign up here https://headforthehills.net.au/race-support/downhill/course-recon/

We are committed to developing the next crop of racers and ensuring juniors are safe on our race tracks. In addition to early registration, participants racing in the Under 13 categories will have a spot in the Course Recon program (delivered by our rider development partner Head for the Hills) reserved for them - Free of charge!

A free guided track walk with Tyson from Head For the Hills will be held on Saturday practice morning, any riders welcome. Meet at the caravan at 8.30.

HELPING US COMES WITH PRIVILEGES - VOLUNTEER REGO

A few people asked last round about people being added after the race was full. If you look at the names you will see some of our biggest volunteers and sponsors such as Cain, Joff, Elton, Yatesy etc.

At the moment we really need people to step up and help setup and clean up after the events. It doesn't take long if we all work together! So please consider offering to help out wherever you or your parents can.

Please sign up on our volunteer platform here: http://help.insideline.com.au/

CONCUSSION POLICY

We have a strict concussion policy which is simply "if in doubt, sit them out". If concussion is suspected, the rider will not be allowed back on track unless they have a letter from their doctor supporting their return to sport. Riders, mums and dads do not get a say in this decision.

Riders please take care of each other and if you see someone coming off heavily and landing on their head, either knocking themselves out or looking disorientated please take note of their number and chat to them to make sure they dont get back on the bike. Afterwards let someone know of their plate number (track marshals, photographers, caravan crew, transport crew etc)

CLUB

All competitors conduct themselves in a manner according to our club code of conduct.

The code applies to all people associated with our series. Inside Line wishes to operate in a nondiscriminatory environment where people show respect for others and their property. Please line up nicely at the back of the line, you will all get plenty of runs in.

We also operate in an environment free from harassment of any kind. We are a child-safe club and take our provision of a family friendly environment very seriously. All individuals are expected to show a commitment to Inside Line policies, rules, procedures, guidelines and agreements.

Unacceptable Behaviour

  • 'Sledging’ other athletes, officials or event organisers.
  • Excessive use of alcohol, acting in a way that becomes a public nuisance, or creating a public disturbance.
  • Damaging another person’s property or depriving them of that property
  • Not stopping or slowing down when there is a clear issue on the track such as a downed rider to the side of the track
  • Swearing, inappropriate comments or language

Let's be safe, enjoy riding our bikes and have some fun! :-)
