Entries are not transferrable. Your position will go to the next person on the waiting list** no refunds will be given after the Thursday before the event. By entering this event you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Race Schedule

Saturday

• Each round will have free unofficial practice for competitors held on Saturday from 12:30 pm - 4 pm.
  
• Plate Collection 12-2pm

Sunday

• Track will be open for inspection 7-7:45 am Sunday
  
• Sunday practice 8-10:30 am.
  
• All participants must complete 1 full practice run before racing begins.
  
• Racing is scheduled to commence at 11:00 am with each competitor completing 2 timed runs.
  
• The riders with the lowest combined time will be deemed the winner for each of their respected categories.
  
• Presentations will be held after each round.

Rego & Race Plate Collection

Rego and race plate collection will be available on the Saturday from 12pm - 2pm and Sunday morning from 8-9 am. Race plates must be kept for both days, replacement plates will be $15 for each.

Points & Series Winners

The riders in each category who have the most points after the three rounds will win the overall prize and will be awarded overall winners at the conclusion of round 3.

Please consider buying some club merch to help fund club activities. A range of Jerseys, hoodies and T-shirts will be available for purchase over the weekend.
