- 8:30am - Sign-on

Condition of Entry
Once the event is closed, state handicapping codes will be reviewed and riders will be seeded as per the NSW Handicapping Policy.
It's recommended all riders familiar themselves with the policy to avoid any confusion once entries close. Quarterly club information are to be emailed to the State Handicappers for review. If your unsure of your current grading information please speak to your clubs Handicapper.
Course
- The race starts at corner of Crane & Gardener Street in Coonabarabran, riders will then turn left onto Oxley Hwy and follow it to Gunnedah where the race will turn left and finish in Blackjack Rd. Race distance 100km

Age Categories And Eligibility
- JW19*, JM19, U/23M, Elite Women, Elite Men, Women’s Masters & Men Masters
- Age Categories for this event are as per 2021 ages effective from 1st October 2020
- Financial AusCycling "Race All Discipline" members.
JW19 riders can enter as normal. CNSW will forward list of names to the NSW State Coach for approval closer to event date. Only approved JW19 riders will be eligible to participate.

Presentation Dinner
- Limited dinner tickets available at registration. Once all tickets are sold out, food can be purchased at the bistro.
- Location - 313 Conadilly Street Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club, BBQ Area
- 6:00pm Doors Open, 6:30pm Presentation & 7:00pm Dinner served
- Dinner ticket is $30 for Adults & $15 for Children (Under 12YO).
- Dinner Menu
- Appreciate riders attending as demonstration to sponsors and recognition of their financial support for the event.
- The $70 race entry does not include ticket to presentation dinner at the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club, where the presentations will be conducted. Riders must attend the presentation dinner to receive your prize. If you are unable to attend, you must advise the Event Manager prior to the dinner and a written application for prizes must be submitted to the Gunnedah Cycling & Tri Club. Failure to attend the presentation dinner to receive a prize can affect the events standing with sponsors, supporters and VIP’s. The dinner is an important part of the event if you are a prize winner YOU MUST ATTEND.

General Information
- There will be ample parking available at the start and finish locations.
- Toilets will be on-site at both the start and finish lines.
- There will be a coffee van set-up at the start line serving food and beverages.
- It is recommended riders bring water and refreshments for post-race replenishment.
- Riders must stick to the left-hand side of the road at all times. Any rider crossing over to the right side will be disqualified.
- There will be no feeding stations or neutral spares.
