Conquer the Valley is the premier open event hosted by the Lilydale Lynx BMX club at the scenic and fast-paced Lilydale BMX track. We're proud to offer the following classes for a great day of racing in early May.

Open-wheel (M/F)	17-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+ years
Retro (M/F)	8-13, 14+ years
Masters Open-wheel (M/F)	30+ years
Junior Superclass (M/F)	14-16 years
Superclass (M/F)	16+ years

Riding Up

All ages are based on year-of-birth (age as at 31/12/2021). Competitors may ride up in higher ability categories and/or ride the opposite gender category. Riders younger than 30 may enter older age categories up to the pinnacle class of 30-39. Riders older than 34 may enter younger age categories (higher in ability) down to the pinnacle class of 30-39. Participation categories are permitted to ride up within their category only. (e.g. Sprockets must stay in Sprockets and Novice must stay in the Novice Category).

Notes:
* The Lilydale BMX Club has chosen to absorb the Credit Card Fees that are usually additional to the fees above. The fee of (1.2% + 30c per entry) is included in the prices listed above.

Scratching:

Entered & now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and may require a medical certificate.

Quick Reminders

Transponders:
- This is a transponder timed event.
- It is a rider's responsibility to ensure the transponder is correctly affixed to their bike and is operational which includes subscription
- Transponders can be purchased at the Sqorz Store.
- A transponder must have an active Subscription PRIOR to entering. This can be done at https://mylaps.sqorz.com/
- All riders (except Participation classes) must have a transponder
Plates:
- Riders are required to supply a plate number at entry.
- Any duplicate plate numbers will dealt with by adding an 'X' to one plate to resolve the duplicate.

Venue Specific Notices

IMPORTANT: Ticketed Event Entry

Our COVID Plan limits us to 800 spectators on race day. To maximise the number of people that can actually race, this means some rules:

Each racing attendee can bring TWO accompanying persons
Entry to the venue will be via an ENTRY TICKET (sms'd to each entrant and their nominated guest)
Officials and volunteers outside of the race entry process will be manually added to the SMS ticketing list and sent a ticket to enable their entry
Our intention is simply to run a safe event, we appreciate your cooperation
Depending on rider numbers, we will endeavour to open up more spectator tickets throughout the registration window. Follow us on Facebook for up-to-the-minute information.

Event Cancellation Refunds

Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
