Race Fees

Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time (11:59pm on the Thursday prior to the race). Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button.

My Laps Timing Chips: My Laps Timing Chip hire is included in the event entry. You will be assigned a timing chip, do not bring your own. There is a $50 lost transponder charge.

Registration and collection will be at the Trek store on Oxford Street, Leederville from 12 - 4pm on Saturday 8th April. Your membership will be sited and your chip can be returned to the timing desk at the completion of your race where you will receive your returned race license. Regional members can register and collect on race day.

12:30pm	C/D grade women (C Grade: 25mins + 1 lap, D Grade: 20mins + 1 lap)
1:00pm	D/E grade men (D Grade: 25mins + 1 lap, E Grade: 20 mins)
1:35pm	C grade men (30mins + 2 laps)
2:10pm	B Grade women (30mins + 2 laps)
2:45pm	B grade men (40mins + 2 laps)	3:30pm	Little Critters (15mins)	3:50pm	Womens A grade (40mins + 2 laps)	4:40pm	A grade men (50mins + 2 laps)
5:45pm	Encore Presentations
6:00pm	Ring Series Championship Presentations

A comprehensive race schedule will be posted to the Ring Facebook page and emailed to registered riders on the Friday before the event.

Minimum of 10 riders are required for a race to continue as per the program as a single race. If less than 10 riders the race will:
Change start times and race program
Be combined with another grade of the same sex on the course at the same time, but a separate start, for example 30 seconds apart.
Results will be for each grade
No drafting between grades

Race Day Procedures

Rego Close: - There are no registrations available except online before Thursday 6 April 11.59pm Registration and collection will be at the Trek store on Oxford Street, Leederville from 12 - 4pm on Saturday 8th April. Your membership will be sited and your chip can be returned at the completion of your race.
No Licence, No Race: - riders need a current licence (or proof of renewal email) to race. Cycling Australia licences only. New racers need to purchase a one day temporary membership
On-the-day Entries: - None available - online entries only
