Entry Process & Eligibilty

Membership Requirements

• A valid Race All Discipline membership is required for this event.
• Temporary and trial memberships cannot be accepted, as they are for club events only.

Age Requirements

• Women and Men A: U19, U23, Elite, Masters
• Women and Men B and C: 2nd year U17 (born in 2008), U19, U23e, Elite, Masters
• Masters Men A: 30+ (<1995)
• Masters Men B and C: 40+ (<1985)

Entry Status

IMPORTANT: After a successful entry the rider will automatically be given the status provisionally entered. This is normal and means the entry has officially been registered. The status won’t change until grading and membership have been confirmed by an AusCycling staff member.

The status ‘doubtful’ or ‘waitlisted’ generally means the event category has reached it’s capacity and a rider has been moved to a waitlist.

Scratchings and Refunds

Riders wishing to scratch and get a refund from the event can do by logging into their Entryboss account using the scratch button. A medical certificate within 7 days of the event will be required for refunds after entries have closed.

A refund may be granted for other reasons at the discretion of AusCycling.

Teams

Series Teams

• Series Teams are made up of up to 20 riders from the same* or different VRS categories.
• Any rider that is registered with a 2024 Victorian Series Team can score points towards the 2024 VRS Teams Overall Competition at any VRS round for their team.
• Registered riders +will be listed under their team's name on the official start lists/results and social media *Max. 10 riders per category in Men’s A, Women’s A and Masters Men’s A

Event Teams (Men A, Women A, Masters Men A)

• Event teams are made up of either Men’s A, Women’s A or Masters Men A grade riders registered with the same Series Team.
• The minimum number of riders to form an Event Team at an event is three (3), the maximum number is five (5).
• Compete for the team’s classification in their VRS category at the event. The team’s classification at all events is based on UCI rule 2.3.044. TEAM ENTRY LINK
• 10% discount on event entry fees if team enters the maximum 5 riders (must be entered in one go)
• All riders can score points towards the 2024 VRS Overall Teams Competition
