All registrations will be online. There will be no on the day entries at the venue.

Event costs are being subsidised through a generous grant from the State Government - a big thanks for this funding to support school mountain bike events.

Race Plates

Race numbers will be allocated by the organisers. School co-ordinators can collect race plates and cable ties from the registration team at the event. Lost or damaged plates can be replaced by the registration team. Race plates are to be returned at the end of the race, they are reused each year.

A $10.00 plate fee will be charged for all race plates not returned at the end of the event.

Facilities

Toilets will be provided.

Note there are no other facilities onsite, riders/schools will need to bring their own food, water, chairs, shelter, etc. The closest shops are about 2km away.

Shade tents may be erected at the village and removed at the end of the day.

It is your schools responsibility to take away all rubbish and ensure that your area is clean.
