PLEASE READ - ALL RIDERS
Mandatory Junior Safety Requirements (U17 and below)
- The AusCycling Tech Regs and the Club Committee list the following as mandatory items for riders aged
U13-U17; - Full Finger Gloves
- Elbow & Knee Pads
- Long Sleeve Jersey - 3/4 or Short Sleeve is NOT acceptable
- Full Face Helmet with a non removable chin guard
- Our wonderful Marshals, Committee and Registration Volunteers do not have time to debate this on the start line or at Rego Desk, and it is beyond their authority to make any decision other than asking non-compliant riders to step aside.
- You are welcome to a personal opinion but this is a decided issue and not open for debate.
- For those reasons, we ask that by entering this event this means you
COMPLY or DO NOT ENTER -
Older Riders- please be aware of these rules and help support the club organisers respectfully in any conversations you may have with younger riders or their parents. - Downhill is a high risk sport and our aim is to hold successful events⦠but this means you need to play your part in this as well.
- Avoiding 'avoidable injuries' is our aim & we ask for the support of all riders to keep our events safe.
- REMEMBER: It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have your equipment not ours.
- If you forget your gear you will need to borrow some from other riders.

| 9.00am | Buses arrive and will start to take you back to the top, or you can walk back up |
| 9.30am | Riders Briefing - ALL must attend. If you miss this briefing you MUST get signed off by commissaire |
| 9.30am | Track Opens for Practice - ONLY when all Marshals are in position |
| 1.30pm | Seeding Runs Commence |
| 4.00pm | Approximate close of Track |
| 5.30pm | State Series Presentations at Nannup Brewing Co |

Inclusions - Race Day Only (1 day of Shuttled practice, Race Entry and Top 20 Shoot-Out eligibility. NB: You will not have a seeding time and will be placed in alphabetical order in your category and will complete your race run ahead of the seeded timed runs.)
Online Registrations will close Thursday, 5th October at 10.00pm or before if maximum entries of 180 have been reached

π« License Requirements:
You MUST have a valid active Auscycling Race License. 4 Week Trial Membership OR Lifestyle OR Day License will NOT be accepted.
It is also YOUR responsibility to provide PROOF of an active license on the day at Registrations. You cannot take the track until we have sighted a valid license. Organise to have this on hand BEFORE you approach the Registration Tent so you do not hold up the queue.

We will need to sight confirmation of this license as stated above.

- π’ You will be issued with a new State Champs race plate that can be used for this event only
- π Food will be available care of the Nannup Lions Club - We have the privilege of racing in THEIR community. Letβs show them our support and be respectful at all times
- βοΈ Coffee Van will be available in the morning for both days also
- βοΈ First Aid is provided by St Johns
- π» There will be toilets on site
