9.00am	Buses start to take you to the top for your Mandatory Track Walk
9.30am	Track Opens for Practice
2.00pm	Seeding Runs Commence
3.30pm	Retro Race - sign up at Rego desk when you check in
4.00pm	Approximate close of Track

8.00am	Registration Tent open
8.00am	Track walk for those who were not available on Saturday
8.00am	Buses Arrive and Track Opens for Practice
11.00am	Racing commences
1.30pm	Racing completed
2.00pm	Top 20 Shoot-Out
2.300pm	Approximate close of Track
3.00pm	Presentations

Mandatory Track Walk, Practice and Race times:

There is a Mandatory Track Walk on Saturday between 9.00-10.00. If you are unable to make this time to walk and sight the track you will still have to do this BEFORE you will be able to ride the track however you will have to make your way down the side of the track as riders will be practicing from 10am onwards.

To help fill the volunteer positions that we are always delayed in trying to do on the day of the event we are now offering a discount to the riders who can commit to fill one of these positions. We need to have 6 x Marshal's on each day and also seeking assistance for 2 x people to provide Registration help on the Saturday morning.

Inclusions - Race Day Only (1 day of Shuttled practice, Race Entry and Top 20 Shoot-Out eligibility. NB: You will not have a seeding time and will be placed in alphabetical order in your category and will complete your race run ahead of the seeded timed runs.)

Online Registrations will close Friday, 28th July at 10.00pm or before if maximum entries of 150 have been reached.

License Requirements:

You MUST have a valid active Auscycling Race License. Using a 4 Week Trial Membership OR Day License will NOT be accepted. It is also YOUR responsibility to provide PROOF of an active license on the day at Registrations. You cannot take the track until we have sighted a valid license. Organise to have this on hand BEFORE you approach the Registration Tent so you do not hold up the queue.

Extra info:

• Bring your RACE PLATE from previous Rounds this year
• There will be toilets on site.
  
• JUNIORS - U13, U15 & U17: You must wear Knee Pads, Elbow Pads, Full finger gloves, Long Sleeve Jersey and a Full Face helmet at all times when on the track.
