There is a Mandatory Track Walk on Saturday between 9.00-10.00. If you are unable to make this time to walk and sight the track you will still have to do this BEFORE you will be able to ride the track however you will have to make your way down the side of the track as riders will be practicing from 10am onwards.
We are trying something different. We have listened to your complaints and grievances regarding time delays on the Sunday so have come up with an idea to trial something new... Saturday, 24th September - Will be the Mandatory track walk and shuttled practice runs. We are also having the Seeding Runs for all ages from 2.00pm onwards. IF you cannot make the Seeding time after also completing your track walk and a minimum of two practice runs, you will then on Sunday 25th September, race your race run in alphabetical order BEFORE the competitors who have completed a seeding time.
To help fill the volunteer positions that we are always delayed in trying to do on the day of the event we are now offering a discount to the riders who can commit to fill one of these positions. We need to have 6 x Marshal's on each day and also seeking assistance for 2 x people to provide Registration help on the Saturday morning.

Inclusions - Race Day Only (1 day of Shuttled practice, Race Entry and Top 20 Shoot-Out eligibility. NB: You will not have a seeding time and will be placed in alphabetical order in your category and will complete your race run ahead of the seeded timed runs.)
Online Registrations will close Thursday, 21st July at 6.00pm or before if maximum entries of 140 have been reached.

This is a Silver level Auscycling event and you MUST have a valid active Race License. Using a 4 Week Trial Membership OR Day License will NOT be accepted. It is also YOUR responsibility to provide PROOF of an active license on the day at Registrations. You cannot take the track until we have sighted a valid license. Organise to have this on hand BEFORE you approach the Registration Tent so you do not hold up the queue.
