COVID-19 Declaration

By entering this event you declare that you have not returned from travel interstate or internationally in the last 14 days. You currently have no "flu like" symptoms. You are fit and well to enter the cycling event. You will follow all new safety guidelines and directions of the club while attending the event, and you will not share any equipment.

COVID-19 Restrictions / Requirements

  • There will be no on the day registrations.
  • Sign-in will be “self serve”, please ensure you maintain your social distancing measures
  • Return of number, transponders, and helmet cover will be self serve. Please follow instructions.
  • Pins will need to be removed.
  • Numbers and transponders will be sanitized.
  • Registrations will close at 7.30pm Thursday prior to the event.
  • You can SCRATCH up until 5.30pm Friday prior to the event.
  • There will be NO REFUNDS if you DO NOT START, as people will be missing out.
  • If you are put on a wait list, you will be notified on Thursday evening of your race entry confirmation.

How far can you go? The podiums are based purely on distance covered.

The start will take place in 4 waves to separate the wide range of abilities and average speeds - 40kmh+, ~36kmh, ~32kmh, and ~28kmh. After this however, riders are free to ride and draft with whoever they please, regardless of laps/distance covered.

The finish flag will be raised after the 6 hours have elapsed, and riders can complete their current lap. If competitors are on the same lap then whoever crosses the line first wins.

Can I take breaks?

Of course! Laps are only counted when you complete a lap and cross the finish line. The grassed area will work as our race pits for any rest and repairs.

How to teams work?

Only one member of a team can be on the course at a time, swapping a single timing chip in the pit area. Their combined laps will be added together for the team distance. Maximum 3 per team. The team should nominate a leader to enter, provide team member names, and pay.

What amenities are available?

The Motorplex has Water, Toilets, Showers, and Electricity.

What should I bring?

In addition to your normal race equipment (bike, helmet, etc) we would recommend a variety of food and drink so you can avoid the dreaded BONK. There is also plenty of grass available for shelter/tents and seating.

License Requirements
An Auscylcing All Discipline membership is required to race the road race season. Trial Membership, and Day Memberships are also acceptable. Membership will be confirmed electronically. Please ensure your Entryboss profile is correct.


PDCC Points Competition

PDCC Members will accrue points for a points competition.

As per all PDCC Events, all Cycling Australia members are welcome. To become a PDCC member for as little as $30.00 head here.
