Latest COVID-19 Notice

We received updated advice today regarding new QH rules for anyone who has been in Victoria. We know this is relevant for many riders who attended RoadNats last week and we note many riders currently on the Muzz startlist who raced in Victoria last week.

If you entered the Greater Melbourne Area (including those that only transited directly through Melbourne airport without other stops), you are required to get tested and isolate until you receive a negative test result.

If you travelled through Melbourne Airport Terminal 4 on Tue Feb 9 you are required to immediately quarantine for 14 days.

You may only attend tomorrow if you have read and complied with all Queensland Health Advice. We will be asking riders who attend tomorrow to confirm this. If you have yet to receive notification of a negative result from a test then we advise you to scratch before 8pm.

We remind everyone that a condition of racing at Muzz is to comply with our covidsafe racing rules and check the latest Qld Health advice around the latest exposure sites.

If you haven't raced with us yet, BEFORE you enter - you must :

• Have a current, valid Cycling Australia Membership.

  Senior racing requires a Race licence,

  If you aren't a Balmoral CC member we may request to see your Digital Licence.
• Obtain a Muzz grading.

  Please fill out this form for our handicapper

All this needs to be done by Friday at 2pm or you may have to wait an additional week. Our Handicapper will respond via email and may ask for additional information.

Once you've had confirmation of your grading then register for the grade that's been approved by the Balmoral Handicapper, (unless you are riding MASTERS)

We are taking COVID-19 restrictions seriously.

By entering this event, you not only agree to our standard terms and conditions, but you also agree to the following :

• you have checked the QH contact tracing page and followed the instructions if you've visited one of the locations/times listed.
• you have not been asked to self-quarantine for any reason
• you have not been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19 in the last 14 days
• you do not have a temperature or respiratory symptoms (e.g. runny nose, cough, sore throat)
• you have not been tested for COVID-19 and are waiting on the test results
• you will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter
• you will adopt a "Get In, Race, Get Out" approach
