Summer series courses are usually 3-5km long, aiming to be 10 min per lap for A grade riders, 20 min for D grade riders. The trails used are generally Intermediate-Advanced, although B-lines are provided. We have supplied some proposed loops however we cannot guarantee that these will be the exact loop used on race day due to the demands of the park managers.
We are not running this event at the typical Craigburn Trailhead.
The race van, rego and sign on will be located on a fire trail just West of the 'Horner's Corner's trail' at Craigburn Farm.
Access to this area is from Blackwood Park Boulevard/Arnold Crescent.
Street parking in Arnold and Symon Crescents is available, otherwise we suggest that locals ride to the race. Mitcham council are hot on fining cars parked on footpaths and verges, so ensure that your car is parked correctly.
