EntryBoss Registration System: All participants new to the EntryBoss registration system will be required to create an EntryBoss account. Creating an EntryBoss account & profile is a quick and easy process.
This will be a XC racing event up to 2 hours in duration.
Open Solo, E Bike Solo, U19 Solo and Teams of 2 will complete as many 7.8km laps as possible in their 2 hours time limit.
Junior Under17 Solo riders time limit is 1 hour of racing over the same 7.8km track.
Riders must have started their final lap prior to either the 2 hours race time expiry or 1 hour race time expiry, depending on your chosen category.
No laps to start after the race expiry time limit.
The following sections of the track are included in the 7.8k race loop: Shark Line, 1st Dipper, Two Humps, Nirvana, BMW Loop, Broken Hammers, Ian's By-Pass, Teagues, Rain Forest, Iditarod, Totem Pole, Picadilly, T-Rex and Loggers Lane.
$15.00 per solo rider 19 years old and over.
$10.00 for each team rider 19 years old and over.
$5.00 for all under 19 solo riders.
$5.00 for each team rider under 19 years of age.
Junior discount (discount automatically applied based on the age in your EntryBoss Profile. Ages as at 31-Dec-2021)
Race day registrations may be accepted at the clubs discretion at an extra cost of $5.00 per rider. Race day registrations will close at 08:30 am.
EFTPOS with “contact free payment” is available and is our preferred payment method.
Have you already entered the event, but then for some reason you are unable to attend on race day? No problem, just use the SCRATCH function to withdraw from the event and receive a refund.
All participants must hold, or obtain a MTBA or AusCycling membership, or obtain an Event Day Licence, or a 4 week free trial membership. Note that Event Day Licences are now $30 for both adult and juniors. We strongly advise you get the free trial option if eligible. Or you may find it better value to simply sign up for a full membership.
Event Day Licences can be purchased through EntryBoss during the registration process.
Alternatively, Event Day Licences can be pre-purchased from the AusCycling website prior to the race. Please note that pre-purchased Event Day Licences are only valid for 48 hours so make sure these are not purchased prior to midday Friday 16 April 2021.

For riders entering in the Pairs categories you will notice the EntryBoss registration process is different to the MTBA Online Services (MOS) system.
The MOS system allowed for one team member to enter and pay for all team members, however EntryBoss requires each team member to enter and pay for themselves.
For Example: When the first rider of a team registers, that person creates the team name and pays for their own registration. When the next member of that team registers, they select their team name from a list of created teams and then adds themselves to that team. That person then continues their registration process and pays for themselves.

In the event of wet weather or strengthened Covid-19 restrictions the race may be postponed. If it’s clearly going to be too wet we will make the call by 9pm on Friday 14 May 2021, if unclear then we will call it by 4pm on Saturday 15 May 2021. A full refund will be offered for those unable to attend the re-scheduled event.
