Pending entry numbers Grades and Divisions may be combined. Race order and times will be posted on FB the day before racing starts. All Juniors, women and masters will be graded in A - D grades

Competitors must hold a current AusCycling All-Discipline racing licence

Entry will be at 5th AVN REGT- Access via Duckworth St Gate. All competitors, volunteers and officials need to fill out and sign "Defence Civilian Consent Form' prior to entering the RAAF Base.

Any competitor support persons (family or friends), these persons names are required by TCC for submission to the ADF prior to the event.

Volunteers will be required on the day. Please let the club know if you can help out at least 2 days prior to event.

Please obey all RAAF Base rules and instructions given to you prior to the event and to your Commissaires on the day.

Please be aware that you are on an ADF Base and only authorised photography is allowed, a Military Photographer will be on location for photography.
