Due to changes in the traffic control regulations, our ability to manage events as we have done in the past with our own volunteers has been severely curtailed. We have been forced to make a decision to relocate or reduce the complexity of our event or to pass on increasing costs to our participants. The overwhelming reaction from those within the club and those who have provided feedback is that the race should be maintained in its current form that provides our junior cyclists with the best experience.
Additionally, we have experienced general increases in medical costs to provide adequate healthcare support for all participants, as well as higher permit fees required to secure the necessary permissions for the race. These combined factors have made it imperative for us to adjust our pricing to continue delivering a high-quality and safe event for everyone involved. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
On this basis, we need to inform you that there will be necessary price rises for the 2025 Eildon Junior Cycling Tour.
We ask for your continued support to ensure that this race doesn't follow other major events in being lost forever. We are looking for 100 entries to the Junior tour as a minimum by June 30, 2025. If we can't get the minimum number of entries, we are likely needing to cancel the event.
Please help secure the future of Junior Road Racing by signing up early and encouraging all your friends and club members to do the same.

Late entries may be accepted on a case by case and will incur a late entry fee of up to 25% of the standard entry fees.
IMPORTANT: After a successful entry the rider will automatically be given the status provisionally entered. This is normal and means the entry has officially been registered. The status won’t change until grading and membership have been confirmed by an AusCycling staff member.
The status ‘doubtful’ or ‘waitlisted’ generally means the event category has reached it’s capacity and a rider has been moved to a waitlist.
