Refund Policy: Once the scratching period has ended, no refunds for changes of mind, injuries, sickness or broken bikes will be issued. Please see our concussion policy.
Provisional Entry: : After entering, you will receive an entry confirmation email. If this says you are 'provisionally entered', you are entered in the event. Entry becomes confirmed when you have registered at the race and collected your race plate.

There is a capacity constraint on our events which may mean you are advised you are waitlisted at entry. If you are a protected rider (top 5/10 in series depending on category), you will be prioritised from the waiting list first.
Waitlisted basically means you are waiting to see if a spot becomes available. Please stay on the waiting list as we usually are able to offer the majority of riders an entry, and we will let you know as soon as possible if we are able to accommodate you. Due to the high demand in some categories, this can mask the overall capacity of the event so please be patient and we will admit as many riders as we can.
If a spot becomes available, you will receive an automated email notifying you of your changed status. If not, you will receive a full refund.
If you no longer want to be on the waitlist, you can remove yourself by scratching and receive a full refund.

The track is on Steinhauf Track (off Sandy Creek Road) in Barjarg.

Please drive slowly on all dirt roads and respect the neighbouring properties.

Please note this is a private property so the track is not accessible to the public outside of organised events.

A track walk is highly recommended - shuttles will be available on Friday afternoon 4-6pm.

Other Info:
Camping:	The owners of Barjarg have kindly offered space for camping at a donation of $10 per person/$30 per family (cash only). These are available at rego and must be purchased by Saturday afternoon.
	Please respect their property and act accordingly by ensuring you tidy up after yourselves and be mindful of other campers. A designated quiet area will clearly marked, please keep noise to a minimum in this area.
	Fires are only permitted in marked areas.
	Please take all rubbish home with you.
Dogs:	As this is private property, we request dogs are not brought with you.
Water:	There is no water facilities onsite, please bring your own.
Coffee:	The Flying Bean coffee van will be onsite all weekend keeping you warm and caffeinated. Please bring cash as the internet is unreliable at the race track
Food:	Kalari Kafe will be onsite offering reasonably priced hot food and cold drinks. Please bring cash as the internet is unreliable at the race track. Menus will be posted on our socials nearer the race.
