Gates open from 12:30pm, Sign on from 12:30pm Closing 1:15pm

Racing commences from 1:15-1:30pm

Grades - A - D

Pending entry numbers Grades and Divisions may be combined. Race order and times will be posted on FB the day before racing starts. All Juniors, women and masters will be graded in A - D grades

2. Juniors (U17 and below - Division 1 and 2) - $10

Competitors must hold a current AusCycling All-Discipline racing licence

4 weeks free trial AusCycling racing license can be obtained via AusCycling website

Entry will be at Lavarack Barracks Main Gate - Melton Black Drive. All competitors, volunteers and officials need to sign "Defence Civilian Consent Form' that will be at the sign in Desk at the Madden 'Soldiers' Club 3RAR.

A consolidated list of Competitors, Officials, Family and Friends will be submitted to Base Security. Any competitor support persons (family or friends), these persons names are required by TCC for submission to the ADF prior to the event. Note: Entry to Lavarack Barracks Military Base is restricted access - if you have not sent family or friends names by the cut of date/time and don't have ID you will not be able to gain access.

Military Guides will be located at the main entrance and positioned on Lavarack Barracks to coordinate the flow of cyclists and vehicles.

Volunteers will be required on the day. Please let the club know if you can help out at least 2 days prior to event.

Please obey all Military Base rules and instructions given to you by Guides prior/post event and to your Commissaires on the day.

Please be aware that you are on an ADF Base and only authorised photography is allowed, a Military Photographer will be taking photography. There will be opportunity to get a group photo in front of the M113 Armoured Personnel Carrier prior to the start of the race and possible have a look inside the vehicles.

This is the Last race of the NORTRANS Racing Calendar, prize money will be awarded for all categories male/female places, 1st in Primes and overall Calendar Series Winners.
