"Cycle de Vie" Townsville Road Racing Weekend - OAK VALLEY Road Race (Round 1)

Sign on 6.30am at the start line corner of Thunderbolt Dr and Valley Dr.

Racing Starts at 7.15am##

Grades - A - D, Women's Division and Junior Divisions

Race Distances

A Grade Men - 10 laps (41.5km)

B Grade Men - 8 laps (33.2km)

A/B Grade Women - 8 laps (33.2km) (simultaneous with B Grade Men - can race A Grade Men upon entry request)

u17B and u/17W - Depending on numbers and ability will be Graded into their individual grades of either B or C. C Grade Men - 6 laps (24.9km)

C Grade Women - 6 laps (24.9km)

u17W - 6 laps (24.9km) (simultaneous race with C Grade Men/Women)

D Grade Men - 4 laps (16.6km)

D Grade Women 4 laps (16.6km)

DIV 1 Juniors - Will be graded on individual ability/as per request for C or D Grade

DIV 2 Juniors - 1 lap (4.15km)

Pricing

1. Senior - $25
2. Juniors (U17 and below - Division 1 and 2) - $20
3. Enter before cut-off for this pricing
4. Automatic capped pricing of $60 for Seniors and $40 for Juniors if you enter all 3 events.
5. NO on the day entries
6. U17 may be combined with Senior Grades depending on numbers

**Bikes - Road bikes only, no clip ons. Aero helmets skin suits and any disc allowed.

Rules

1. Winners will be based on points system
2. To gain a bonus of 3 points, you must enter all 3 races. If you only enter two, you do not get any bonus points
3. You MUST race the road race to become overall Champion. You can race one other race to qualify, but we encourage you to race all 3 races.
4. Prize awarded to all winners.
5. There will be individual winner for each race discipline
6. Any two competitors on equal points at the conclusion of the 3 events, a count back will occur, and those who finished in a higher position in the road race will be awarded overall Champion
7. There will be an overall Race Champion for each race discipline in each Grade and Junior (depending upon entries). Prizes will be kindly sponsored by Cycle de Vie.

Prices are capped at $50 for seniors and $35 for juniors when entering all 3 races. Individual races are at $25 for seniors and $20 for juniors

Competitors must hold a current AusCycling All-Discipline licence

We will be operating under a Police Permit, so please obey all road rules and instructions given to you by your Commissaires on the day.
