COVID-19 Notice

We are taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously.
By entering this event, you agree to the following:

You will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms within 7 days of the event
You will follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter
You will adopt a "Get In, Race, Get Out" approach

The event promoter is required to follow the AusCycling COVID 19 Resource Centre Guides

Prize Money

$4000 cash, plus sashes and trophies

Age Categories & Eligibility

4 graded divisions of open mixed category racing
JW19, JM19, Elite Women, Elite Men, Masters Women & Masters Men
You will race in your 2022 age category
You must hold an AusCycling 'Race All Discipline' licence
This event is not open to temporary or recreational memberships

AusCycling will abide by the UCI Cycling Regulations (2.3.002) approved race distances for all competitors. Riders wishing to race in longer distance events can have their coaches apply in writing to AusCycling and the State Coach for approval to compete in race events that are outside the approved distances. In the case of this event: only approved JW19 riders will be eligible to enter and compete.

JW19 riders can apply to enter by emailing sam.layzell@auscycling.org.au with their coach's written application attached

Technical Regulations

Events will be run according to AusCycling Technical Regulations

Handicapping / Grading

Riders will be graded as per the NSW Handicapping Policy. There is no guarantee you will receive the grade you nominate. To avoid disappointment, please check with your club handicapper to ensure your state handicapping code is correct.

Refund Policy

Entry Refund Any rider (entered into an AusCycling event or promoted event in NSW) who wishes to receive a refund more than 8 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their EntryBoss account. Any rider seeking a refund within 8 days on an event must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling All refund requests within 8 days of an event should be sent to lorna.reynolds@auscycling.org.au
