Come and join us for our first event of the season, a shuttle day at Fox Creek bike park.
As usual make sure you have already got your race insurance organized before coming to the caravan.
Your race plate will be handed out which you must attach to your bike so we can make sure everyone on transport is a paid member.
Most of our key volunteers will be at the caravan so if you are new to racing feel free to ask us any questions. The core volunteers are easily identified as they will either be in the caravan, or wearing committee club jerseys. (The same as the normal club jerseys but they have a gold band round them).
Sign in at the caravan will start at 9.15am, with shuttles going from from 10.00am to 4.00pm
Make sure to sign up for AusCycling insurance before the event as its much easier to do on a computer rather than your phone.
Choose either 'Race off road' or 'Race all discipline'.
Follow our instructions here https://insideline.com.au/membership-race-entry-help/
We had multiple people plead their case last year when they were unable to prove their insurance on the day. None of them were allowed to race so please make sure you sort your insurance and have it ready to present to registration come race weekend to avoid disappointment!
Scratching: Need to withdrawal from the event? EntryBoss enables a self-serve refund if things change and you can't make the event. Please use the 'Scratch' button to trigger a refund and automatically remove yourself from the startlist, (Please note the scratching cut-off as the button is not available after this) .
No refunds after the scratching cutoff 9.00pm, the Friday 8 days prior to the event. This includes if you crash, break your bike at the event etc as we still have to cover our costs, plus you will have prevented another racer from entering. If we have enough time to switch an entry to a a rider on the waiting list we will do so.
IMPORTANT - Please ensure you select the correct category as jumping between categories during the season is not allowed. Furthermore and following changes to season 2022 please remember one category only per rider each race round! If you are unsure about which one to enter please send us a message on Instagram or Facebook.

This year we are focusing on getting everyone to help out so please put up your hand to help setup, packup, drive buses, marshall, collect or return trailers etc. The list is endless and we need all the help we can get.
Volunteers are rewarded with a bunch of great things like early entries so you don't miss out on racing, t-shirts, club jerseys, shuttle days and more. Get in touch with us if you would like to help out.
NOTE: The Race Director reserves the right to deem any participants clothing or equipment unsatisfactory. It is up to the participant to ensure they meet the above minimum requirements for the purpose in which they are intended.

No food or drink vans will be at this event. Bring your own!
We have a strict concussion policy which is simply "if in doubt, sit them out". If concussion is suspected, the rider will not be allowed back on track unless they have a letter from their doctor supporting their return to sport. Riders, mums and dads do not get a say in this decision.
Riders please take care of each other and if you see someone coming off heavily and landing on their head, either knocking themselves out or looking disorientated please take note of their number and chat to them to make sure they dont get back on the bike. Afterwards let someone know of their plate number (track marshals, photographers, caravan crew, transport crew etc)
Last year two racers were banned for the remainder of the 2021 season and the whole 2022 season.
With that in mind, all competitors MUST conduct themselves in a manner according to our club code of conduct.
The code applies to all people associated with our series. Inside Line wishes to operate in a nondiscriminatory environment where people show respect for others and their property. Please line up nicely at the back of the line, you will all get plenty of runs in.
We also operate in an environment free from harassment of any kind. We are a child-safe club and take our provision of a family friendly environment very seriously. All individuals are expected to show a commitment to Inside Line policies, rules, procedures, guidelines and agreements.
