Registration:

• $20 for race entry only (Juniors and Seniors)

• Online registration closes 5PM on Saturday before race day

Scratching

• As we need to pre order the jerseys there is no opportunity to scratch from this event.

Grades:

• The event is a graded circuit road race. Each grade will start the race in a group. There will be prizes awarded for each grade.
  
• Following the graded road races we will be holding an individual time trial of approximately 10KM. All entrants in the graded road race are entitled to enter the time trial. Time trial and triathlon style bikes are able to be used in this event.

• Bring your club race numbers We will be using the timing system.
  

• Parking - We recommend you ride to the start. There is limited parking on the extension of Cattana Rd. (approx location as Google Maps hasn't been updated yet) https://goo.gl/maps/Ek3dTjFyHWA7ZpPPA

• Warming up - riders are requested to warm-up prior to the race program commencing off the race circuit.

• Coffee - yes Vanessa will be at the start line!

• Toilets - we don't have access to power and water so please use public facilities near Smithfield Shopping Centre and the petrol station.

• Course Closure (traffic management) - the course is closed to traffic but there may be other cyclists and pedestrians on the road.

Volunteers

Races cannot proceed without marshals in vehicles with each group and help with setting up and packing down. Please let us know if you can help out by filling in your availability & preference details when entering.

Licensing

License or email receipt to be presented at registration desk.

Short and long term AusCycling memberships can be obtained online only: https://www.auscycling.org.au/ Triathletes entering the time trial only and who have never held an Auscycling (or CA previously) race licence can use the 4 week trial membership here: https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership/other/free-trial
