Information

Round 3 of the 2021 Cairns MTB enduro series- Taking it back to the classic, trails everyone knows and loves, few Little tweeks , but classic tech, nice flow stage and good speed

This race will have a 4 Stage U13 race class

All riders are required to have to following gear to race, full Face helmet full finger Gloves Knee Pads Extra gear is optional

Make sure you have enough water to last the race or plan to refill, any tools required to fix any mechanical's as other riders may not be around to offer assistance

U13 riders- to compete you are required to have a parent or guardian with you during the race, the event organisation are not responsible on getting you to your stage starts on time, due to the format we cant hold every stage open for long periods.

The parent or guardian can ride before or after you, wait at the top or bottom of stages, If the parent still wishes to race they can enter separate and race outside of their group in any order, the time will still count in their nominated race class

Race Classes

u13 (10-12) - 3 Stages

U16 (13-15) - 4 stages

Junior U19 (16-18) - 4 Stages

Veterans (30-44) - 4 Stages

Masters (45+) - 4 Stages

Expert (19-29) - 4 Stages

Elite 19+ - 4 Stages

open E-Bike - 4 Stages

Race Stages

Stage 1

-VINES- Start MID way on worlds, ( CYCLONE BRIDGE- look for the sign), descend worlds in VInes section finish on the bridge

Stage 2

-NATIONALS- Top section of Nationals across road into happies, into MP39 finish at the club site

Stage 3

- PIPELINE- Full pipeline, riders to take the road exit, finish as you drop off the flat road down onto the ring road

Stage 4

- ROCKY DINGO- Full rocky dingo, croc teeth, croc slide, info Jacobs ladder down caterpillars, down the fire road at the end, up the kick up beside the bridge to finish on top beside the world cup bridge, ( same finish as stage 1)

U13 Race Stages

Stage 1

Full Centipede hard left turn at the end to finish on the world cup bridge

Stage 2

Nationals- starting on the road up from cuss cuss, riders will do the few berms right beside the road- pop up onto the shuttle road ride down 30mtr then turn right into CUSS CUSS finish at the club site

Stage 3

Full pipeline, riders to take the road exit, finish as you drop off the flat road down onto the ring road

Stage 4

Caterpillars,(NO JACOBS LADDER) down the fire road at the end, up the kick up beside the bridge to finish on top beside the world cup bridge

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
