NOTE : No Junior Riders or Women with Open Grading B, C or D this week

With the prestigious Balmoral Junior and Women's Tour this weekend, Balmoral will not accept any registrations who can compete in the BJWT.

Restrictions:

**Women:** No Female AusCycling Qld Graded riders B, C, or D (e.g. Muzz grading here irrelevant - open grading is what's meant).

**Juniors:** No Juniors U17s and below across any grade. There will be no Junior Development session this week.

Women Graded Open A may race.

If you HAVE NEVER raced with us, BEFORE you enter - you must :

• Have a current, valid Cycling Australia Membership.

  Senior racing requires a Race licence,

  If you aren't a Balmoral CC member we may request to see your Digital Licence.
• Obtain a Muzz grading.

  Please fill out this form for our handicapper

All this needs to be done by Friday at 2pm or you may have to wait an additional week. Our Handicapper will respond via email and may ask for additional information.

Once you've had confirmation of your grading then register for the grade that's been approved by the Balmoral Handicapper, (unless you are riding MASTERS)

ALL Riders CHECK and comply with instructions on the QH contact tracing website on the morning prior to racing.

By entering this event, you agree to comply with these directives and our standard terms and conditions, including :

• you have not been asked to self-quarantine for any reason
• you have not been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19 in the last 14 days
• you do not have a temperature or respiratory symptoms (e.g. runny nose, cough, sore throat)
• you have not been tested for COVID-19 and are waiting on the test results
• you will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter
