  • Please Note: We reserve the right to surcharge riders who use the FREETRIAL promo code in error, riders MUST hold a valid Trial or Race Licence with AusCycing to enter.
  • Grading Selected on the entry page will only be considered as a start grade by the handicapper.
  • Only the race commissaire may move riders between grades at their discretion after start lists have been posted. Any appeals to handicaps should be made to the commissaire at least 30 mins before the start of their race.

COVID-19 Notice

We are taking COVID-19 restrictions seriously.
By entering this event, you agree to the following:

  • You will not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms within 14 days of the event, if you have been in a known COVID-19 Hotspot listed by the NSW Health website as listed on the day of the Event or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
  • You will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter
  • It is strongly recommended that you download the COVIDSafe App
  • Maintain a distance of one person per four square metres all times
  • You must wear a mask at all times, you are not racing and immediately put a mask on once finished.
  • You will adopt a "Get In, Race, Get Out" approach
  • Do not share a ride to the event with persons who do not normally live at your address.
  • All Attending may have their temperature and contact details taken and kept on file for a minimum of 28 days.
  • All Riders and Officials will be required to sign in using the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in.


Race Distance & Course Info

  • Please Note If there are not enough riders for a specific grade that grade will not run or could be combined with other grades, please make sure you check the start list for updated start times for your grade

Senior A Grade - 45 Mins + 2 Laps (Starting at: 1:30 pm)
Senior B Grade - 40 Mins + 2 Laps (Starting at: 1:30 pm)
Senior C Grade – 30 Mins + 2 Laps (Approx Start: 2:25 pm)
Senior D Grade – 25 Mins + 2 Laps (Approx. Start at 2:25 pm)
Senior E Grade - 20 Mins + 2 Laps (Approx. Start: 3:05 pm)
Juniors - Participation - 3 Lap Scratch Race (Starting at 3:35 pm)
Juniors - Under 9 Time Trial - 2 Laps (Starting at 3:50 pm)
Juniors - Under 11 Time Trial - 4 Laps (Starting at 4:00 pm)
Juniors - Under 13 Time Trial - 6 Laps (Starting at 4:15 pm)

  • When two grades are starting at the same time riders are expected to stay separated from the other grade at all times, if you are dropped from the bunch you are not to interfere with the other grades race in anyway and when you become lapped by your starting grade you may rejoin but cannot contest the sprint at the end of the race.

  • All Participants are encouraged to enter and pre-pay via EntryBoss , sign on closes 15 minutes before the race briefing to allow handicappers to grade riders and officials to prepare timing equipment as needed , self scratching is available until the normal race cutoff times.

  • All Attendees will be required to Sign in with the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in, as well as sign into their particular role at the sign on desk

  • Riders will need to sign on upon arrival using their AusCycling Digital Membership cards downloadable from your TidyHQ membership, if you do not have a compatible mobile device you will need to print a copy of your card which includes the QR Code to be able to sign in , see the following guide for instructions.   • Toilet Facilities available at the Adjacent to the Dubbo Regional Cycle Facility Clubhouse.

  • Turn up dressed and ready for the start of your event, there are no changeroom facilities at Race location.

  • A riders briefing will take place 10 minutes before the event all riders must attend this briefing.

  • Due fixed start times we will not wait for riders for the start times, riders who start the race late will have to make up the lost time during the race.

  • Riders will need to collect their timing chip and cable ties from the Start Line Official when they arrive and once finished will need to return the chip to a separate marked container so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next rider to use them.   • Roll Out Distances May be Checked as per CNSW Technical Regulation 7.1.002 which states Roll out distances for junior riders shall be as follows:
    U9/U11 – 5.5 Metres
    U13 – 5.5 Metres

  • As per CNSW Technical Regulation 7.1.003
    To restrict roll out distances in Article 7.1.002, blocking off will only be permitted by the adjustment of the derailleur or other means for:
    U9, U11 and U13 riders
    U15 and U17 riders at Category 3 events only

  • As per CNSW Technical Regulation 7.1.005
    ‘Time Trial’ style helmets with or without AS/NZ 2063 approval shall not be used in junior categories U13 or below

  • As per CNSW Technical Regulation 7.1.006
    Handlebars shall be of a standard or “classic” style. However, bolt on handlebar extensions shall be allowed for U15 and U17 riders in the Individual Pursuit, Team Pursuit and road and track Time Trials only. Gear and brake mechanisms must not be placed on the extensions.

  • As per CNSW Technical Regulation 7.1.007
    For all events wheels must have at least 16 spokes, and have a maximum rim depth of 32mm.

  • As per CNSW Technical Regulation 7.1.008
    The wheel shall exclude the use of composite fibres.

  • As per CNSW Technical Regulation 7.1.009
    Only high-pressure detachable tyres and tubes shall be used. A detachable type tube means the tube is detachable from the tyre casing. Such high-pressure tyres shall be beaded

Licensing

Licence Accepted:

  • Age Categories if used for this event will be based on your 2021 ages effective from 1st October 2020
  • Financial Cycling Australia 'RACE' , 'REGIONAL RACE' or 'Trial' members only.
  • Financial AusCycling 'RACE - ALL DISIPLINE' or 'TRIAL' members only.
  • Riders listed in EntryBoss without a verified licence will be asked to present a Valid Membership card or invoice at sign-on.

Volunteers

Volunteers will be required to be at the event by the following times , to assist with setup of the event.

Start / Finish Officials, First Aid & Commissaire: 12:00 pm

Please check the current road roster for volunteer duties on the day.

Please check the roster each week to ensure you are not rostered on to do a duty before entering.

Photography

By registering for this event , I give permission for a representative to take photographs, videos and sound recordings during the event for promotional and editorial purposes. These may be used on social media, websites, in news media and in other publications and promotional material. Please advise the club at info@dubbocycleclub.com.au if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed at the event.


Refund

Riders will receive a refund from EntryBoss for the following reasons.

  • If they scratch themselves from the event prior to the race entries closing
  • If after race has closed a doctors certificate has been provided.
  • Race is cancelled
