We will be running another Club Run ride on the Queens birthday weekend. This will be conducted as a ‘no drop’ ride. This means that we will ride as a bunch and where it breaks up on the hills riders will wait at the top for all riders to complete the climb.
The purpose of these rides is to be a social event and to provide everyone with a chance to have a chat, work on bunch skills and hopefully explore somewhere new.
This edition will be a south side event with the start and finish at the Lanyon Shopping Center with coffee and food after the ride at the new Black and White Café.
Check out the route here.
The ride:
CCC members are encouraged to come along in their CCC club kit.
The bunch start is the Lanyon Market Place at the B&W cafe.
To manage our COVID record-keeping and participation reporting we require all participants to register via EntryBoss.
An AusCycling Lifestyle (or better) licence is required to participate. Riders who hold other third party bicycle riding specific insurance (eg ACT Vets or Pedal Power) are welcome to attend.
If you don't hold a licence but would like to attend you can take out a free trial licence on the AusCycling website, or better yet, join the Canberra Cycling Club.

Remember: 'I forgot to register' or late registration are excellent reasons to bring extra coffee money. If this applies to you make sure you come up with a good excuse for why you shouldn't shout the bunch ;)
