Registration will be located at the start/finish line, 500m south of the roundabout on Edward Street.

Neutral Spares

Neutral Spares may be available for some senior divisions. Please contact race organisers if you wish to volunteer to be a follow car for a grade.

Note: must be a current AusCycling Race All Discipline membership, hold a current Australian drivers’ licence, vehicle registration must also be current. Volunteers must be willing to act as NEUTRAL spares for nominated grade.

Results

The "Race Results 12" timing system will be used to record results. You will receive a transponder upon sign-on which will need to be affixed to your bike with a bracket or cable tie. Cable ties will be provided free of charge.

Presentations

Presentations will be held at the start/finish area immediately after the last race of the session.

  • Session 1 - 1:00pm (approx)

HEZ Course Changes for 2021

Additional traffic furniture has been built into the road surface on the HEZ course. Given this furniture has been permanently placed into the road & can not be removed on race day the following safety measures have been put in place:

  1. All bollards and gates will be padded with hay bales & wrapped in rubber mats
  2. 100m each side of the gates will be neutralized (no attacking will be permitted)
  3. Cones will be placed in the center of the road on both sides of the gates for 100m in each direction indicating the neutral zone
  4. Commissaire / Marshal will be placed at each end of the neutral zone with a flag & whistle warning riders.
  5. Field sizes are restricted to 40 per grade.

General information

  • There is ample on-course parking available on the Eastern side of the start/finish straight.
  • Riders arriving for the 2:00 pm race will not be able to drive onto the course until the last race of the morning session is complete. (approximately 12:45pm).
  • Please do not arrive before this time, as this will cause traffic congestion at the main road.
  • You may enter the course via the footpath while the morning session is underway (approx. 5km ride).
  • A Coffee Van will also be operating on-site to provide your caffeine fix.
  • Toilets will be located near the start/finish line.
