Rescheduling Update

Thanks for your patience while we worked through rescheduling our two State rounds. We are happy to announce new dates;

• Sat April 10
• Sun April 11

Waitlisting & Refunds:

This is how waitlisting and refunds work;

• If you can't make the new dates, you are entitled to a no-questions-asked 100% refund.
• You can access a refund via the 'Scratch' button on each of the race listings. This feature triggers an automatic refund, and removes you from the startlist.
• Places that are scratched will be replaced by people from the waitlist. If you scratch, please note that you effectively lose your place in the event. If you want to enter again later, you join the end of the queue (also you will need admin help to re-enter)
• Getting on the waitlist: you enter as normal and will see a status of waitlisted prior to payment. Assuming you proceed you are then on the waitlist. Should you not race you will receive a refund.
• Waitlisted riders - because you are paid up and ready to go - if you are promoted to the Startlist by organisers, you will receive an automated email advising your status change and you are effectively in. Your name will appear on the Startlist as official confirmation.
• If COVID restrictions are relaxed and the entry cap lifted, waitlisted riders will obviously receive priority over anyone else who enters later.
• Waitlisting in EntryBoss is a well-established process and used regularly in other cycling disciplines. Please follow the above procedures, knowing that organisers want to see as many people race as possible within the COVID restrictions. Knowing how many people are on the waitlist and wanting to race helps organisers be able to make decisions.

By entering this event, you agree to the following:

• you agree to follow Government COVID recommendations applicable to your jurisdiction
• you agree to follow familiarise yourself with the event's COVID plan
• you agree to follow the Event's COVID directives
• you agree that you may be asked to leave the event for non-compliance
• Our intention is simply to run a safe event, we appreciate your cooperation

IMPORTANT: Ticketed Event Entry

Our COVID Plan limits us to 1000 attendees on race day. To maximise the number of people that can actually race, this means some rules:

• Each racing attendee can bring ONE accompanying person
• Entry to the venue will be via an ENTRY TICKET (sms'd to each entrant and their nominated guest
• Officals and volunteers outside of the race entry process will be manually added to the SMS ticketing list and sent a ticket to enable their entry
• Our intention is simply to run a safe event, we appreciate your cooperation
