By entering this event, you agree to the following:
Senior E Grade + Juniors - 15 Mins + 2 Laps (Approx Start: 1 pm)
Senior A Grade – 30 Mins + 2 Laps (Starting at 1:25 pm)
Senior B Grade – 30 Mins + 2 Laps (Approx Start: 2:05 pm)
Senior C Grade - 30 Mins + 2 Laps (Approx Start: 2:45 pm)
Senior D Grade - 20 Mins + 2 Laps (Approx Start: 3:25 pm)
All Participants MUST register and pre-pay via EntryBoss , there is no on the day signup , self scratching is available until the normal race cutoff times.
Attendance will be noted prior to the racing beginning by the Start Line Official, your details will be kept and provided to NSW Health if required for contact tracing.
Racing is on a "Get In, Race, Get Out basis, your primary purpose is to race , not socialise or hang out at the venue. You should arrive 10 minutes prior to your nominated race time and leave as soon as finished. Unfortunately there will be no presentations due to current COVID-19 Precautions.
No Canteen or Shop / Food Facilities available on the day, please ensure you have enough food and water to get you through the day before arriving.
Minimal Toilet Facilities available at the Clubhouse, Changerooms are Off Limits and are not to be used.
Turn up dressed and ready for the start of your event, there are no changeroom facilities at Race location.
All Attendees of the event are reminded that Social Distancing Requirements will be in place, for any further COVID-19 related enquires please contact the nominated COVID-19 Safety Coordinator or First Aid Officer for the event.
A riders briefing will take place before each grade begins all riders must attend this briefing, due to tight scheduling we will not wait for riders for the start times, riders who start the race late will have to make up the lost time themselves and will not be given laps out of the race, if Mechanical issues occur during the race the rider may have 1 lap out only to fix the issue as long as its not the last lap of the race.
Dubbo Club Riders will be allocated a timing chip for the duration of the season, please keep in mind if they are lost, damaged or not returned when required there will be an $100 replacement fee. Non Dubbo Riders will need to collect their timing chip and cable ties from the Start Line Official when they arrive and once finished will need to return the chip to a separate marked container so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next rider to use them.
Timing Chip Holders are now available for purchase for $6 each, please make sure you request this from the race entry page.
1st - $10 for each Grade. (Senior Races Only)
Prize money will be sent at the conclusion of the season via direct transfer.

Please check the current road roster for volunteer duties on the day.
By registering for this event , I give permission for a representative to take photographs, videos and sound recordings during the event for promotional and editorial purposes. These may be used on social media, websites, in news media and in other publications and promotional material. Please advise the club at info@dubbocycleclub.com.au if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed at the event.
Riders will receive a refund minus any processing fees charged by EntryBoss.
