Club Kit - ALL riders are encouraged to wear club kit or team kit. If you are new to your club and waiting on delivery of club kit, a plain white or black jersey can be worn. Previous styles of the CCCC kit are also acceptable.
Licensing - Bring your AusCycling licence (physical or digital) to every race. While EntryBoss verifies memberships online, there may be situations where this cannot be confirmed. If requested, you must provide proof of current membership or renewal. No licence, no race!
Cancellations - Racing may be cancelled if conditions are unsafe (e.g. wet corners). Check the Club’s Facebook page the evening before and on race morning for updates.
Toilets - Facilities are located in the admin building near the start line. Please ask for directions if unsure. Public urination will not be tolerated and will result in your race entry being cancelled without refund.
On-the-day Entries - Pre-entry is strongly encouraged to assist with organisation. Limited entries may be accepted on race day if time and space allow—arrive early if seeking to enter on the day.
Race Briefing - Riders must be at the start line 10 minutes before allocated start time for the Commissaires instructions.
Announcements - Please regularly check the club website or Facebook for any announcements regarding racing.
Parking - Parking is available opposite the registration/marshalling area. Do not park on University roads or grassed areas. Please drive slowly around the course area as riders may be warming up.
Safety - All forms of cycle racing are inherently risky. While organisers and officials take all reasonable precautions, every rider has a duty to ensure they follow the road rules, obey Police/officials’ directions, and adhere to the Club Racing Rules to help ensure a safe event for all. Please refer to our Club specific Racing Rules for further information.
