The running of an event such as the Tour of Bright heavily relies on people volunteering their time to fill one or more of the 150+ roles required across the weekend.

Eligible membership categories: Second-year J17 (born in 2009 for B and C grade only), J19, U23, Elite, Masters
Race categories: Men ABC, Women ABC, Masters Men AB*C*, Masters 6+ (non-VRS category)

Tour of Bright 2025 uses a time-based tiered pricing model. Fees are based on when you enter β not capped numbers β and all times are listed in AEST/AEDT (Victoria local time):
Early Bird β $249

Standard β $279
Opens 12:00am AEST, Monday 1 September, closes 11:59pm AEDT, Saturday 15 November
Late Entry β $299

Once submitted, weβll review the info and email the volunteer a unique promo code tied to your entry.
Go to the individual entry page, enter the code at checkout, and your entry fee will drop by $50.
In the case a race category is sold out, the following order will apply (must be entered before 1 October 2024):

After successful entry, your status will be marked as provisionally entered β this is normal.
It will change only after grading and membership are confirmed.
Statuses like doubtful or waitlisted mean your category is full and youβre now in queue.
