Entry Fees & Pricing Structure

Tour of Bright 2025 uses a time-based tiered pricing model. Fees are based on when you enter — not capped numbers — and all times are listed in AEST/AEDT (Victoria local time):

• Early Bird – $249
  Opens 6:00pm AEST, Thursday 17 July, closes 11:59pm AEST, Sunday 31 August

• Standard – $279
  Opens 12:00am AEST, Monday 1 September, closes 11:59pm AEDT, Saturday 15 November

• Late Entry – $299
  Opens 12:00am AEDT, Sunday 16 November, closes 11:59pm AEDT, Saturday 29 November

Entries close strictly at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 29 November 2025.
No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Once submitted, we’ll review the info and email the volunteer a unique promo code tied to your entry.

Eligibility

• A valid Race All Discipline membership is required
  
• Full Race memberships only — temporary/trial memberships are not accepted

Participant Cap

In the case a race category is sold out, the following order will apply (must be entered before 1 October 2024):

1. Registered VRS, NRS, and UCI team riders
   
2. Riders with 2024 VRS points
   
3. Top 10 GC finishers from the 2024 Tour of Bright
   
4. Time of Entry

IMPORTANT:
After successful entry, your status will be marked as provisionally entered — this is normal.
It will change only after grading and membership are confirmed.
Statuses like doubtful or waitlisted mean your category is full and you’re now in queue.

Scratchings & Refunds

To scratch and request a refund: - Log into your EntryBoss account and use the Scratch button - After entries close, a medical certificate is required (within 7 days) - Other refund requests are at AusCycling’s discretion

• Riders score points toward the 2025 VRS Teams Overall Competition
• Riders are listed under the team name on start lists and results
• Max. 10 riders per category in Men’s A, Women’s A, Masters Men’s A

Event Teams (Men A, Women A, Masters Men A)

• Made up of 3–5 riders from the same Series Team
  
• Compete for team classification using UCI rule 2.3.044
