SERIES TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

The Series Technical Regulations contains important information about rules and regulations for the Events and Series, in line with AusCycling's MTB and General Regulations, and broader Policies.

Series Tech Regs can be viewed here - SERIES TECH REGS

VOLUNTEER REGO

We are a family-oriented club that thrives on the generosity of our members and their families to keep our events running smoothly. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, we've been able to maintain racing costs at a minimum—often 40% lower than in other states.

To continue this tradition, we require all racers and their families to contribute a few hours of their time throughout the year. Please sign up using the link below. (New links are posted for each race.)

SCRATCHING, REFUNDS & LATE ENTRIES

Scratching: Need to withdraw from the event? EntryBoss enables a self-serve refund if things change and you can't make the event. Please use the 'Scratch' button to trigger a refund and automatically remove yourself from the startlist, (Please note there is a scratching cut-off date off date - the button is not available after this date) .

Refunds are allowed in the week leading up to the race if you can provide a valid doctors certificate.

No refunds after the scratching cutoff 9.00pm, the Friday 8 days prior to the event for any other reason. No transfers to future events or another rider either. We will not budge on this so do not ask.

Due to the time constraints on club volunteers finalizing the race entries and timing transponder limitations, late entries are unlikely to be accepted. However, if the club can accommodate a late entry, the following additional requirements will apply on top of the original entry fee:

  • A $10 late registration fee
  • The racer must sign up on the volunteer platform to assist at the event

  • CONTACT / WAITLIST PROCESS

Entryboss will still take your payment if you are waitlisted - this does not mean you are racing - we will let you know closer to race weekend if you have been entered to race or not. If you are waitlisted and we cant find a space for you, we will refund your entry.

Entries are capped each round. Entry Status as below

  • Entered = You are racing
  • Waitlisted = you are in the queue to replace someone who drops out (you have a good chance due to the number of covid cancellations)
  • Waitlisted Doubtful = It is unlikely you will be racing
  • Note: We normally publish startlists in the week of the race, you can find these in the original page listing.

    Email insidelinemtb@gmail.com

Entries using expired or incorrect AusCycling license numbers will be automatically scratched.

Registrations requests to be made to the club email only - do not send direct messages to the committee members.

No late entries or requests to pay later in the week.
