The Course: The graded road race starts on Pickering Brook Road opposite Carinyah Road heading east, after approximately 2.1km the race will turn left on to Patterson Road and immediately left again on to Forrest Road, moves on to Repatriation Road and turning left at the junction with Pickering Brook Road to complete the loop (approx. 7.6km loop).
Competitors will complete the relevant number of laps as per the table below with the finish line being on Pickering Brook Road circa 200m past the start point.

Race Start Times: from 8.00am, please see table for specific grades/timings
Race Briefings: All grades must attend race briefing 15 minutes before their race starts.
Grades may be combined dependent on numbers.
Finish Line Area: It is important to keep all finish lines free from congestion. If spectating please park away from the course and walk to the start/finish line. Spectators are requested to watch from roadside vantage points and not follow bunches in vehicles.
Racing Incidents: Safety is important. Please report all race incidents to the Chief Commissaire or Race Director. Incident reporting is an important feedback loop and helps improve safety going forward.
Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time (please see above). Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button.
No Licence, No Race: - This race is an AusCycling Silver level event, all riders must hold a current AusCycling race all discipline licence (or proof of renewal email) to race.
Junior Roll Outs: All U11/13/15/17 riders will be required to have roll outs. Please attend roll out before registering.
U11 & U13's: All U11/U13 riders will need to supply adult supervision for their race. Name of chaperone to be supplied to Race Director at registration.
U17 & U15's. All U17 riders may enter B Grade or lower. U15 Riders may enter C Grade or lower.:
On-the-day Entries: Sorry, on the day entries are not accepted.
Safety: To promote a safer environment for all road users, Midland Cycle Club encourages all riders to utilise a solid red rear light whilst racing.
