Details

We will be running 5 straight Moto's with no finals, with the idea of this being relaxed but still competitive racing.

Timing and Tansponders

• Timing is available for age classes 8+

• Sprockets and Mini Wheelers are participation classes and don't use transponders. Races will not be timed or given placings.

• Moto's will be timed using Sqorz - https://our.sqorz.com/org/lbmxc

• If you want to ride but don't have a transponder, or not interested in lap times or race placings, Riders can race without transponders and simply marked DNF in Sqorz.

• Transponders may be available for purchase at the club if required.

Merging:
Merging classes (if required) will be based on entry numbers and rider abilities to try and make for a good day's racing.

Scratching:
Entered & now can't make it? - An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. However, please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers.

Event Cancellation Refunds

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
