Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.
All riders over 13 are strongly encouraged to complete Anti-Doping Fundamentals and the 2024 Annual Update online courses through the Sport Integrity Australia eLearning page
The 2024 GWM BMX Racing National Championships, will be held at Perth's Westside BMX Club and are proudly supported by GWM Australia & New Zealand, the City of Stirling and the Western Australian Government through Tourism WA.
There will be no late entries accepted for this event. To ensure that you do not miss out on participating in the event, please ensure you enter in accordance with the closing date stipulated.

* Riders may only enter their correct racing age and gender category for the National Championships.
* For a category to be held, at least five (5) riders must be registered in that category.
* Riders entered into Elite/U23/Junior Elite/Masters, may also enter Superclass/Junior Superclass.
* Riders entered into Para BMX, may also enter into their relevant age category.
* Please ensure if you are wanting to enter more than one category, you complete the entry for all at the same time, otherwise the EntryBoss system will not allow you to go in and add an additional category later and you will need to contact events@auscycling.org.au.

^ Riders entering Cruiser as a secondary category will receive a discount (i.e. 20" and Cruiser, or Junior Superclass and Cruiser). This discount only applies if Cruiser entry is submitted at the same time as the entry for the other category. Any rider wishing to add a Cruiser entry at a later stage will not receive the discounted entry.
* Credit Card Fees are additional to the fees above and passed on at cost (1.2% + 30c per entry)
Entered & now can't make it?* An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism.
Please note: In order to receive a refund, riders must scratch by the entry close date. After this date has passed, in order to obtain a refund, riders must request a refund via email to events@auscycling.org.au, with a copy of their medical certificate attached. The refund request and medical certificate must be received by AusCycling prior to the first race day (for clarity this is prior to 10 October 2024). Championship Categories (Elite/U23/Junior Elite/Masters)
Entries are closed to international competitors and it is important to be aware of the following criteria, which must be met to be eligible to compete in the National Championships:
All Other Categories (Mini Wheelers/Sprockets/Challenge/Para BMX, Vet Pro/Junior Superclass/Superclass)
Entries are open to members of any National Federation.
Transponders
Transponders will be used in conjunction with a finish line camera system at the BMX National Championships for all racing (excluding Mini Wheelers and Sprockets)
All riders (except Mini Wheelers and Sprockets) must provide their own transponder.
It is a rider's responsibility to ensure the transponder is correctly fitted to their bike and is operational which includes subscription.

A transponder must have an active Subscription PRIOR to entering. This can be done at https://mylaps.sqorz.com/
Plates
Race Plates will be provided by AusCycling for this event, which is the only plate to be used for the BMX National Championships.
Riders entered in Elite, U23 and Junior Elite without a UCI International Elite Number will be allocated a Race Plate number, in accordance with section 6.1.095 bis of the UCI Regulations – BMX.
Riders entered in all other categories are required to supply a plate number at entry. To accommodate the timing of entry closures for the National Championships (Including Pre Champs and Round 6) and the running of respective State Title events, AusCycling will only accept current Australian and World plate holders. State plate numbers will not be accepted.
Any duplicate plate numbers will dealt with in accordance with the process outlined in the Technical Regulations outlined in the Event Guide.
Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
