Wait List:
There is a capacity constraint on our events which may mean you are advised you are waitlisted at entry.
Waitlisted basically means you are waiting to see if a spot becomes available. We have managed to clear the waiting list in 3 out of the 4 previous races so please be patient and we will let you know asap if we are able to accommodate you in your chosen category.
If a spot becomes available, you will receive an automated email notifying you of your changed status. If not, you will receive a full refund. Please note, Provisional Entry means that you have a spot - entry only becomes confirmed when you have collected your race plate from rego on Saturday.
If you no longer want to be on the waiting list, please remove yourself as soon as possible by scratching yourself to receive a full refund. If you are upgraded from the waiting list to a provisional entry, you will not be entitled to a refund.
