Welcome to ELEV8XCM 3rd and 4th of August 2024.

ELEV8XCM MAIN EVENT: Saturday 3rd of August 2024

The format for the premier MTB weekend changes as of 2024. In response to feedback we have decided to mix things up this year and present a new event format. The Marathon is now on the Saturday, start time is 9:00am and finish time is 5:00pm.

Registration Details:

Please ensure you read and understand the registration instructions details. Please ensure you fill in all information asked for. If you are registering as a pair or team, please make sure each team member includes the name of the team at registration.

All riders receive a BAG of SWAG that is overflowing with gifts from our awesome sponsors!

Course: The course is set on the purpose built 8hour event course.

Event Village: Port shade sites (sites only, you supply shade) (3x3) with option to purchase up to two sites. These can be booked when you register.

Racing starts at 9:00am.

E-BIKES: There will be an E-bike category. NOTE: All E-bikes are to be presented for scrutineering on the morning of the race, prior to the event. This is an event insurance requirement and there will be no considerations.

ALL ENTRANTS:

Current Auscycling membership or day License is required as it provides you with insurance in the event of an accident.

If you want a Port a shade site when you register, select how many sites you wish to purchase (up to 2 sites). The site shop will tally all items requested. It is the responsibility of the Team Leader or whoever is doing the registration, to ensure the groups Portashade site requirements are taken care of. Otherwise you could miss out.

There is some camping permitted at the event site, please express your interest in the comments field of your registration.

SOCIAL SATURDAY NIGHT

Saturday night will see presentations, live music from Sparky and Morgan, Khans Kurry's food van and the Gun Club will have a wet bar for you to sit back and spin yarns about your day as you watch MTB reels playing on the bigscreen and listen to the crooings of Sparky and Morgan.

Sunday 4th of August 9:30am Rego from 8:30am, KIDEV8

KIDEV8 will run on Sunday morning with registrations starting at 8:30am and racing at 9:30am.

For the really small ones there will be a special race.

$10.00, registration on the day.

Participating kids will get a plate number, a sausage and a drink at the sausage sizzle.

All kids welcome.
