Team Entry Process

This is the listing for team entries and riders racing on a team only. Details of the event and the general entry process can be found on the main listing.

This listing accepts regular team members, placeholders, and reserves. Team managers are encouraged to announce their intended team size now. You may lodge and pay for this entry using placeholders, with full participant details to be disclosed later.

You may nominate between three and five participants, and up to two reserves. Reserves are at the bottom of the form.

• Reserves:
  Please note that Reserves are potential substitutes for riders making up the listed team.
  As such, reserves are not charged for entry, and will not ride unless substituted into the team.

• Placeholders:
  Placeholders are charged at entry.
  To enable Startlist publication, Team Managers should announce the actual riders filling placeholder position directly to the Race Organisers prior to close of entries.

• Team Adjustments
  All team adjustments will be managed by contacting the Race Organiser (see below).

Duplicate Entries Please ensure your team riders know you are entering on their behalf so as to minimise the chance that they enter as individuals.

Refund policy

Refunds for team withdrawals are not automatic and are at the discretion of the event organiser.
