Australia - A valid All Race License with a current UCI ID is required
New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Guam, Samoa, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu, - A valid International License is required

The Championships are open to National Teams that form part of the Oceania Nations – Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, Guam, New Zealand, Samoa, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu, UCI registered Teams, Australian State or Institute Teams, New Zealand Hub Teams and Individuals.

The infield is a competition zone and access will be strictly limited to riders, handlers (i.e. coaches) and officials. Anyone accessing the infield will be required to have an accreditation pass. These will be checked at all infield entry points. All Team Officials are required to obtain appropriate accreditation through the Team Manager. This will be based on your team size.
A TUE is an exemption that allows an athlete to use, for therapeutic purposes only, an otherwise prohibited substance or method (of administering a substance). TUE approval may protect athletes from receiving a sanction if a prohibited substance is found in their sample.
Who needs to complete a TUE in-advance for Cycling? Athletes who are:
• Any member of the Registered Testing Pool, National Testing Pool or Domestic Testing Pool
• Any member of a National open team/squad including athletes with an impairment
• Any athlete registered to compete at the Elite National Championships (Road, Track, Mountain Bike Cross Country, Mountain Bike Downhill, Cyclo Cross, BMX Racing and BMX Freestyle
• Any athlete not included in the Registered Testing Pool, National Testing Pool or Domestic Testing Pool but participating in an International event.
