Entry for the entire team is completed in one transaction - please ensure that the information provided for all of the team's nominations is complete and correct prior to submission.

On completion, the Team Manager will receive an email confirmation for each team entered detailing all of the information submitted for the team.
Once the entries close, every championship team will be submitted to your club for approval and the State Handicapper for seeding.
Each team is permitted to nominate up to six (6) riders for their team of which a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of four (4) may start on the day. The team is only required to nominate three (3) riders on entry. However, teams have the option of nominating up to six (6) or changing the nominations up until 20th November. Team Composition
Composite Team: Composite teams may be formed under the following framework:
The club must be located over 200km from the event or be able to provide evidence that there are insufficient entries from the club to enter a team.
A minimum of 50% of the participants must be members of the club entering the riders.
In the case where a club cannot meet the above, riders may participate however they will not be eligible for medals.
All teams must be approved by their respective clubs. In the case of a composite team riders must have written approval from their club.
Riders will be graded as per the NSW Handicapping Policy. There is no guarantee you will receive the grade you nominate. To avoid disappointment, please check with your club handicapper to ensure your state handicapping code is correct.
Entry Refund Any rider (entered into an AusCycling event or promoted event in NSW) who wishes to receive a refund more than 8 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their EntryBoss account. Any rider seeking a refund within 8 days on an event must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling All refund requests within 8 days of an event should be sent to olivia.forrest@auscycling.org.au
