Race Information

• This race is on fully closed roads with a 3.25k circuit.

• Teams racing: Bring a mate!

• Women's Series I with separate women's grades

• Junior grades from 10:40

• Marshaled E Grade

• Elite grades with $1,000 in cash for each Men and Women's podiums

Other Activities

• Come & Try option with coaches and marshals for those who are considering racing (road bike required but no licence necessary)

• Junior Wellness Seminar with Carlton Football Club dietitian Sarah Jenner

• Bicycle mechanic session with Cycle House

• Massages by Core Therapy

• Marquee space available by prior arrangement with the Race Director

Elite riders are invited to marshal the juniors race prior to their race. Come meet the kids, pass on some knowledge and encouragement.

Registration

• Rego Location: - La Trobe University, Bundoora Campus. Thomas Cherry Courtyard on Science Drive by Car Park 1

• Parking: Car Park 1 by Ring Road and Kingsbury Drive

• Toilets: We will be on campus and there are multiple facilities close by, including by the car park, in the Thomas Cherry Student Union and by the food court. The food court will be open with several coffee vendors.

• Presentations: In the event village.

• Race Number Return: At registration

• Misc : The University is welcoming us to a great new course in Melbourne. Please treat the campus with respect.

Race Fees

• Race Fees: Make sure when your team members enter that you all enter the same team name so that we know you are together. Standard Combine entry prices.
  
• Pre-Pay Only: - Race Fees are pre-pay only. No entry on the day (Come & Try excepted)
• Scratching: - Scratching is a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if withdrawing within scratching cut-off (generally midday Friday - pls see above).
• Team Changes: - If you need to change the composition of your team, this will be a manual process and incur a $10 fee which will be donated.
