Entries Close

Noon Friday before the race.

This season entries will close at noon on the Friday before each race. This is to take the pressure off our volunteer race organisers AND reinforce our expectation that participation in one of our events isn't a last-minute decision.

23.2.24 - Due to conflicting bookings at SFP day 1 is now the road race, and day 2 is the hill climb and crit. See below for details.

We are proud to announce that this year's road season will again be sponsored by Alivio Tourist Park. Alivio has provided significant financial support to the clubs over the last few years. Please return the favour and support Alivio by:

  • Staying at Alivio when you travel to the ACT for one of our events (promo code details below - CCCVCC)
  • Referring your friends and family to Alivio when they need accommodation in the ACT (promo code details below - CCCVCC)
  • Stopping in for a coffee, drink, or bite to eat at the Verandah.

We are pleased to announce a 3-stage tour happening over the weekend of the 9th and 10th of March. We've taken the original and best Canberra institution and turned it into a stage race.

The race that makes walking the next day something to be feared.

This event is held in memory of club hardman from the early eighties, Mike Paral.

Mike was formerly of the Canberra Old Boys (COBACC) who merged with the Canberra Wests to form the Canberra Cycling Club. Mike died in March 1983. Previously a handicap, and then a stand-alone scratch race, this year the Iron Mike will be part of a stage race.

Three stages of racing over two action-packed days.

Updated 23/2/24
