Series INFO

Divisions in the Autumn Racing Series are open for both Challenge and Participation riders - it's all about challenging yourself from the start to the finish of the series! Plus, there will be awards for podiums in the challenge divisions. The greatest reward, though, goes to the rider who shows the most improvement from the first to the last round as decided by time trials and proficient riding skills determined from the watchful eye of the club coaches. To be eligible for awards, riders must participate in all races. Superfast, and Very Fast, divisions will be Podium only.

Welcome to Ballarat Sebastopol Cycling Club BMX.
At BSCC BMX we promote a family atmosphere with parents, siblings and any other family members coming to the track to support their riders. We encourage riders of all levels and ages to come along and have a try. We currently have members aged from as young as 2 up to 40+.
You may decide to just participate at a club level, or for the more adventurous there is the ability to race at open level meetings and championship events Australia wide

Requirements

To get started all you need is a bike, helmet, long finger gloves, long sleeve top and long pants (Jeans are fine for club level events - not allowed for open events)

Race Schedule

Round 1. First off, let's make sure all the challenge riders are competing in the right division! In case anyone's tempted to 'sandbag', James Lautier will be keeping an eye out - and any necessary adjustments will be made while the participation riders take on a few motos. Once you participate in the first time trial, you're all set for the series. Now, for the second time trial, points will be added to your series scores - make sure you make the most of it

Round 2 Once everyone has had their dinner break, let's get hyped up for four sensational races under the lights! There won't be any finals so the Event Ranking will decide who gets the Series points for this Round
