Hawthorn Cycling Club are proud to bring you the 4th of four events in the Victorian Interschool Cycling Series (VICS) - 2022

The Victorian Interschool Cycling Series Summer Round runs from Sunday 20th February 2022 to Saturday 2nd April 2022, where racing will conclude with a presentation event at the last event in the series.

COVID-19 Notice

We are taking COVID-19 restrictions seriously.
By entering this event, you agree to the following:

You do not have any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, loss of smell, runny nose etc);
You have not been overseas in the last 14 days;
You have not been in contact with a COVID-19 case in the last 14 days;
You have not been in contact with someone who has been tested for COVID-19 and is awaiting their results;
You will follow all new safety guidelines and directions of the club while attending the event;
You will adopt a "get in, race, get out" approach; and
You will not share any equipment.

Note: We will be running VICS and Inclusive Sports Training (IST) races on the same day. The races will be run in waves:

Wave 1- IST first group of races

Wave 2 - VICS Juniors - male races

Wave 3 - VICS Juniors - female races

Wave 3 - IST second group of races

Wave 4 - IST second group of races

Wave 5 - VICS Seniors male and female races

Hence there will be gaps between the VICS races

Race Numbers

If you have a northern Combine Season Number and frame plate / transponder (used at the HCC Wednesday evening crits) then please bring them with you as we will have race timing operating.

If you don't have a Season Number we will provide you with a temporary number and transponder.

Registration to participate in this event is provided with an understanding that members of the public, Hawthorn Cycling Club and other organisations are likely to publish images of this event through various different media channels.

Once entered, your entry will go to the handicapper before it appears on the startlist. There may be a small delay between entering and appearing on the shortlist.
