Any woman any bike 6:30pm - 8pm (NOTE: This session runs on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month)
BYO Bike and Helmet
Women aged 17 yrs and older


  • Sign on from 30 mins prior to session start
  • warm up starts 15 mins prior to session start
