Memberships

You MUST have a valid active Race License. Using a 4 Week Trial Membership OR Day License will NOT be accepted. It is also YOUR responsibility to provide PROOF of an active license on the day at Registrations. You cannot take the track until we have sighted a valid license. Organise to have this on hand BEFORE you approach the Registration Tent so you do not hold up the queue.

You can ONLY purchase this online through Auscycle. We will need to sight confirmation of this license as stated above.

Late Registrations

Late Registrations can be made at the venue ONLY if the maximum entries have not been reached. It will then be first in first served on the day AND you will be charged an additional Late Entry Fee of $20

Mandatory Track Walk, Practice and Race times

There is a Mandatory Track Walk on Saturday between 9.00-10.00. If you are unable to make this time to walk and sight the track you will still have to do this BEFORE you will be able to ride the track however you will have to make your way down the side of the track as riders will be practicing from 10am onwards.

The Saturday 16th of October is practice from 10 am to 4 pm.
The Sunday 17th of October practice is from 8am to 11am , racing starts at approx 11-30 am or when ALL Volunteer positions have been filled

Extra info

• There is St. John’s ambulance as first aid during the Practice and Race times. Track is CLOSED outside of these times.
  
• There will be NO canteen on the Saturday so you will need to be self sufficient with your food and drinks. There will be a food van and a very limited canteen available on the Sunday.
  
• There are toilets on site
