Entry info

For all 3 events $55

Only competitors who compete in all 3 events will be eligible for overall times, podium places and prizes.
Online registration closes 12PM on Wednesday 8/7/21.

Scratching

Entrants can withdraw with a self-serve, automated refund within EntryBoss. Scratching closes at the same time as entries. Use the SCRATCH button on the race entry page to scratch.

Grades, Distances and Times

Prologue TT
8KM out and back course from Jaques Coffee.
All competitors will start at 30 second intervals for their respective grade. No tri-bars, aero bars or disc wheels can be used. We encourage all participants to use one bike and wheelset for all 3 events.

Criterium
A Grade: 45 minutes plus 2 laps
B Grade: 45 minutes plus 2 laps
C Grade: 30 minutes plus 2 laps
D Grade: 20 minutes plus 2 laps
Women: 20 minutes plus 2 laps

Road Race
A Grade: 70KM approx (out from Mareeba on Chewko Rd, 5 laps of the Narcotic Creek Rd circuit and then back to Mareeba)
B Grade: 60KM approx. (out from Mareeba on Chewko Rd, 4 laps of the Narcotic Creek Rd circuit and then back to Mareeba)
C Grade: 50KM approx. (out from Mareeba on Chewko Rd, 3 laps of the Narcotic Creek Rd circuit and then back to Mareeba)
Women & D Grade: 40KM approx. (out from Mareeba on Chewko Rd, 2 laps of the Narcotic Creek Rd circuit and then back to Mareeba)

Podiums and prizes
- Point will be allocated to winners and place getters in the prologue, criterium and road race.
- Prizes for overall placings and for individual events.

Bicycles and equipment
Only road racing bicycles and equipment (helmets, wheels etc) as defined by Cycling Australia for use in open road races can be used in all 3 events. We encourage all participants to use one bike and wheelset for all 3 events to avoid delays or issues with scrutineering.

Race Schedule

Number collection Your race numbers will be available for collection on Thursday (8/7) afternoon from the club house . Riders unable to collect their numbres then can collect them Saturday morning at the Prologue start/finish area.

Facilities

Toilets & change rooms are available at Jaques Coffee, the MakoTrac and the Mareeba Tennis Club. Off course parking is also available.
Meals and coffee will be available at Jaques on Saturday morning.
Coffee and lunch will be available at the Tennis Club on Sunday.
