The 2026 South Australian Individual Time Trial Championships head to a brand-new course at Lower Hermitage, offering riders a fresh test on rolling South Australian roads. Set over a 13.5km lap with 236m of climbing, the route blends descents with punchy rises, rewarding riders who can pace their effort and handle changes in gradient. Located just north-east of Adelaide, Lower Hermitage brings a scenic, semi-rural backdrop to the championship while presenting a genuinely challenging test against the clock. With the course locked in, all eyes turn to who can lay down the fastest time and claim the 2026 state title.
We acknowledge that in 2026 we will race on the lands of the Peramangk nation, lands which have been protected, cared for, and lived off by First Nations people for tens of thousands of years. We respect and value their past, present and ongoing connection to the land and cultural beliefs, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, nations and language groups.
A reminder this is a National/State level AusCycling event. Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.
