We are a family-oriented club that thrives on the generosity of our members and their families to keep our events running smoothly. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, we've been able to maintain racing costs at a minimum—often 40% lower than in other states.
To continue this tradition, we require all racers and their families to contribute a few hours of their time throughout the year. Please sign up using the link below. (New links are posted for each race.)
Race village gazebos are on a request basis, and once approved must be setup in the designated village zone.
Vehicles will be parked away from the tent village. No tents allowed outside of the village.

No payment = no camping.
By entering this event you are agreeing to our event waiver which lists out what the club & Auscycling are liable for. It is the riders responsibility to ensure they take care of themselves and their possessions including use of the bike trailers.
IMPORTANT - Please ensure you select the correct category as jumping between categories during the season is not allowed. Furthermore and following changes to season 2022 please remember one category only per rider each race round! If you are unsure about which one to enter please send us a message on Instagram or Facebook.
Age categories are determined by the age you will be on 31 December of the current year.

| Expert (B-Grade) | A category for casual racers, for riders 19 and over as of Dec 31st this year |
| Masters | Respective categories for age ranges above 30 years old, Usual Categories of Masters 1,2,3 etc |
| Under 15’s | If you are 13 or 14 as of Dec 31st this year |
| Under 17’s | If you are 15 or 16 as of Dec 31st this year |
| Under 19’s | If you are 17 or 18 as of Dec 31st this year |
| E-Bike | Category for E-bikers. No shuttles provided (fees adjusted accordingly). Over 18 only |
Scratching: Need to withdraw from the event? EntryBoss enables a self-serve refund if things change and you can't make the event. Please use the 'Scratch' button to trigger a refund and automatically remove yourself from the startlist, (Please note there is a scratching cut-off date off date - the button is not available after this date) .
Refunds are allowed in the week leading up to the race if you can provide a valid doctors certificate.
No refunds after the scratching cutoff 9.00pm, the Friday 8 days prior to the event for any other reason. No transfers to future events or another rider either. We will not budge on this so do not ask.
Entryboss will still take your payment if you are waitlisted - this does not mean you are racing - we will let you know closer to race weekend if you have been entered to race or not. If you are waitlisted and we cant find a space for you, we will refund your entry.
